Do You Struggle With Seeing Results?

Do you struggle to see the results you want? If so, let's take a look at your mindset.

-The reason you feel stuck, is your mindset. -The reason you struggle with consistency, is your mindset. -The reason you think you need motivation, is your mindset. -The reason you want to quit, is your mindset.

Your results always prove your thoughts true! Here's what I mean…

Let's use a scale for example. When the number on a scale goes up or goes down, it does not matter. What matters is the thought behind the number moving.

If the number on the scale goes up, You may begin to THINK “It's not working” which will create a FEELING of frustration and disappointment. Which will most likely discourage you from taking ACTION to stick with your meal plan, a workout. Maybe you'll have some extra snacks/desserts and so on. When this happens, what's the RESULT? It's not working!

Your mindset creates a cycle: THINK, FEEL, ACT followed by RESULTS.

With this concept in mind, let's flip the script.

When the number on the scale goes up, you can change your perception to, “I'm not quitting, the number has to go down eventually. I'll lose it as fast as I gained it…etc.". You can also begin to ask yourself questions as to WHY did the number on the scale go up. Did you order out, did you have too much sodium, is it “that time of the month”, did you have too many carbs at dinner, late night snacks, etc.?

Once you figure out why, you can continue to move forward and track your progress daily. Use your plate as a portion size, drink your water, move your body and so on. Do you think you'll see results? ABSOLUTELY!

Never give up on YOU!


Just another thought: Track your meals daily and even more so, track your thoughts, your emotions, your cravings. Maybe you need some good sleep, maybe you need to go for a walk or read a book. You will be surprised how fast a craving will disappear or how much your body just needed some water and rest.

I believe in you… You CAN do this! Keep moving forward!
